Body starts getting stiff in winter

Winter season has arrived in North India. People eagerly wait for this season. But this season also brings with it many problems. The most common problem in which is joint and knee pain. In this season, body stiffness and joint pain are a common problem. According to experts, there is less sunlight in winter due to which the level of Vitamin D in the human body starts decreasing. Due to this, many parts of the body like joints and bones start suffering in this season. Also, people who are suffering from diseases like arthritis suffer even more pain. As the cold increases, their joint pain also increases at the same pace. But by keeping these few things in mind, you can take better care of yourself.

Do not suffer from Vitamin D deficiency:

In winter, the deficiency of Vitamin D in our body is highest, due to which our body starts stiffening. And pain starts in the joints. In such a situation, sunlight is a lifesaver for you in this season. Therefore, by taking at least half an hour of sunlight daily, increase the amount of Vitamin D in your food.

do yoga:

During the cold season, people often become careless about their health and become lazy, so to keep yourself fit, you should start yoga in your life. By doing yoga, not only will you become fit but many diseases will also go away from you. To reduce joint pain, start Gidhasana and Pranayam. Also, always keep stretching during the day. Actually, due to working sitting in front of the computer for many hours, your joints become stiff. Therefore keep moving your body.

Take care of these things:

To keep your body warm in this season, it is most important to choose the right clothes.

To avoid cold in this season, eat hot food.

Also include green vegetables in your diet. Consuming these will provide relief from bone pain. Eat fenugreek laddus in winter, consume garlic on an empty stomach.

Bones become stronger with sesame oil. Therefore, start cooking with sesame oil in your kitchen.

To increase Vitamin D, include ragi flour in your diet. Calcium and iron are found in abundance in it.

To avoid joint pain, soak the joints with hot water.
