Amla: Amla is the best source of Vitamin C, so it controls the level of sugar in the blood, as well as makes immunity strong. You can consume raw gooseberry daily to control sugar. If you want, you can drink a cup of bitter gourd juice mixed with 1 tablespoon of amla juice. If you want, you can mix 2 tablespoons of amla juice in a cup of water and drink it on an empty stomach every morning.

Cinnamon: Several studies have shown that cinnamon not only controls blood sugar levels but also controls cholesterol levels in people with type-2 diabetes. Consuming just one milligram of cinnamon helps to increase insulin sensitivity. It is very effective in controlling type-2 diabetes. Soak a 2-inch piece of cinnamon in a cup of water and drink it on an empty stomach the next morning to control sugar.
