What does the research say about headaches?
A leading pharmaceutical company of the country has conducted a research on increasing headaches. According to this, more than 5,310 people aged between 22 to 45 years from 20 cities were interviewed. In this, the problem of headache has increased significantly after Corona in 93%. The cause of headaches is related to stress levels. This report has shown that due to stress, people are becoming stressed and complaints of headache are increasing. One out of every three participants in this research considered themselves more stressed after the pandemic.

what causes stress
Both working and non-working people have been included in this research. Both financial problems and work pressure are at the top in increasing tension headaches. Apart from this, health problems and family fights are also responsible for this. Studies report that stress should be managed properly. Compared to before Corona, the trace level in people aged 26-35 and 36-45 has increased by 12% and 13%. Youth aged 26-35 years have been found to be the most stressed. Their figure is up to 87%.

The biggest disadvantage of headache
Headache is occurring due to stress and due to this one is not feeling like doing any work. Almost 40% of the participants admitted that they were facing difficulty in concentrating at work. Headache is affecting everyone from professional to personal life.

Why is stress responsible for headaches?
A tension headache occurs when the muscles of the neck and scalp become tense or contracted. Muscle contractions can be caused by stress, depression, head injury or anxiety.

Ways to avoid headache
Eat nutritious food at regular times.
Do not skip food at any time, empty stomach may cause gas problem.
Don’t forget to skip breakfast.
Daily exercise.
Get enough sleep, avoid caffeine and smoking.
Do not take pain medicine without asking your doctor.
