Let us tell you, if you are resorting to dieting and exercising to lose weight, then both of them are necessary. It is not that only one of these two things will be enough to lose weight. Because weight cannot be reduced with the help of just one. You can lose weight by exercising equally and taking care of your diet. However, it has been seen that most of the weight can be reduced only by taking care of food. So include healthy diet and exercise in your daily routine.

Use diet and exercise to lose weight

1. To lose weight, it is necessary to walk 7 to 8 thousand steps daily. Do this in the morning or evening.
2. Include any kind of workout pattern in your daily routine for 30 to 40 minutes.
3. It is very important to choose the right time for exercise. This will help you follow that routine easily.
4. Along with exercise, you should take care of your diet and include nutrients like fiber, protein, calcium, vitamin C in your diet.
5. Take proper amount of food in the morning, afternoon and evening. By eating limited quantity 3 times a day, your weight will remain under control.
