4. Use stairs

According to research, if you climb 60 stairs in 20 seconds three times a day, your cardiovascular fitness will increase by 5%. Cardiovascular fitness is most important for your complete fitness. This also reduces the risk of heart disease and keeps your muscles strong.

5. Eat green tea

If you consume green tea instead of tea and coffee throughout the day, then you can get many benefits. It also prevents serious diseases and it cures many problems due to its plentiful antioxidant properties.
