Diabetes is a disease in which diet plays an important role in controlling it. Due to poor diet and deteriorating lifestyle, the number of patients of this disease is increasing rapidly in the country and the world. The number of these patients has increased during the Corona period in India. Diabetes is a disease that if not controlled, then the level of sugar in the blood starts increasing rapidly.

When the disease of diabetes starts showing its symptoms in the body. Symptoms of diabetes include frequent urine discharge, excessive thirst, restlessness, excessive hunger and excessive sweating. If diabetes is not controlled then its risk increases.

Increasing diabetes can lead to heart diseases, damage to the kidneys and eyes. To control diabetes, it is necessary to consume such foods which have a low glycemic index. There are many fruits and vegetables that can be consumed by diabetic patients as sugarfree vegetables. Let’s know about some such fruits and vegetables, which keep diabetes under control by consuming them.

Kiwi is sugarfree fruit: For diabetic patients, kiwi is a sugarfree fruit that controls sugar. Vitamin C present in kiwi makes immunity strong as well as keeps the body healthy. If you consume kiwi rich in anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, vitamin-C, potassium, calcium, then sugar patients will remain healthy.

Orange does sugar control: Diabetes patients should consume oranges, sugar will remain under control. Oranges rich in vitamin C are best for diabetic patients. It strengthens immunity and keeps the body healthy.

Eat peaches and plums: In summer, diabetic patients should eat peaches and plums. These sugar free fruits are rich in fiber which helps in digestion. By consuming them, the craving for food is controlled and weight is also controlled. Both of these keep the fruit body healthy.

Eat Avocado: Avocado has a very low glycemic index. This low glycemic food acts like a natural insulin in the body. These foods are best for diabetic patients. It quenches hunger and controls weight. Sugar patients should consume this food, diabetes will remain under control.

Control diabetes with cabbage: Consuming cabbage in vegetables keeps diabetes under control. This low-sugar and low-fat vegetable contains nutrients like magnesium, sodium, iron, calcium, vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin K, vitamin E, which keep the body healthy as well as control sugar.
