Millet: Millet is the best source of vitamin B, using which the muscles become strong, as well as hair regrowth. You can consume Bajra in Khichdi, Bhakri, Laddu, Khichdi and Bhajani.
Glue: Gum is commonly used in the form of laddus. Gum can be used by roasting it with sugar in ghee. Gum strengthens bones and improves sex drive and digestion.
green vegetables: Green vegetables are rich in antioxidants, fiber and vitamins. You can consume spinach, fenugreek, mustard and mint among green vegetables rich in anti-inflammatory properties. You can make these vegetables by making saag or raita. It can also be used in dal or chutney.
