Ustrasana: To control high uric acid, Swami Ramdev told that this yoga pose stretches the back. On the other hand, people who are obese, their weight also starts decreasing gradually. Apart from this, those who have severe pain in the waist, neck, knees and ankles etc. In such a situation, by doing Ustrasan yoga, you can get relief in these problems.
Kapalbhati: According to Baba Ramdev, this pranayama is effective in reducing the level of uric acid. Doing Kapalbhati for 5-10 minutes every day can prove to be beneficial.
Gomukhasana: To do this asana, Baba Ramdev should sit in a cross-legged posture. Then bring your left leg towards the body. Now place the right foot on the thigh of the left foot. Then place your right hand over the shoulder and while bending the elbow, take your back as far as possible.
Now bend your left hand and take it backwards from the side of the stomach. Try to merge these two by pulling them together. Remain in this position for some time, then return to normal. By doing this asana regularly, the muscles become strong and the level of uric acid also starts decreasing gradually.
