Prime Minister Narendra Modi will flag off the fifth Vande Bharat Express from Patna on September 15. Along with this, new Vande Bharat trains on the Tatanagar-Patna Vande Bharat Express, Deoghar-Varanasi and Tatanagar-Berhampur (Odisha) routes will also be flagged off from Tatanagar, a city in Jharkhand.
Deoghar-Varanasi Vande Bharat Express will stop at many stations in Bihar
Danapur Divisional Railway Manager, Jayant Kumar Chaudhary on Friday informed that the new Deoghar-Varanasi Vande Bharat Express will pass through Kiul-Gaya route in Bihar, and will halt at Nawada station. The train will directly connect the two holy cities, which are home to two of the 12 Jyotirlingas of Lord Shiva.
Tatanagar-Patna Vande Bharat Express journey will be completed in 7 hours
Chief Public Relations Officer (CPRO) of South Eastern Railway, Om Prakash Charani said that the Tatanagar station premises were inspected on Thursday and preparations for the flagging off on September 15 were reviewed. New racks of the train have already reached Tatanagar.
The travel time of Tatanagar-Patna Vande Bharat Express will be 7 hours. The train will pass through Purulia, Anara, Bhojudih, Mahuda, Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Gomo, Koderma, Gaya and Jehanabad. According to sources, the train will leave from Tatanagar at 6 am and reach Patna at 1 pm. On the return journey, the train will leave from Patna at 3 pm and reach Tatanagar at 11 pm. The train will run six days a week.
Patna is already connected with Vande Bharat trains
Vande Bharat Express services are already available from Patna to Ranchi, Howrah, New Jalpaiguri and Lucknow.
