The Home Minister said, terrorist attacks and their conspiracy against us are borderless and invisible. If we have to deal with this effectively then our young officers will have to be trained and equipped with the highest technology. We will make this an important part of the training in the coming days. We will come out with a national anti-terrorism policy and strategy to fight terrorism, terrorists and the terrorism ecosystem, but as I said, police is a state subject and the fight has to be done only by the state police. All (central) agencies will support you, from providing information to taking action.
