New Delhi. Union Home Minister Amit Shah has warned Rahul Gandhi while targeting Congress on the reservation issue. Shah said that Congress wants to cut the reservation of backward classes, Dalits and tribals and give it to Muslims. I want to warn Rahul Gandhi from here, no matter what conspiracy is in your mind, as long as Bharatiya Janata Party is there, minorities will not get reservation in this country. Baba Saheb Ambedkar has given reservation to backward classes, Dalits and tribals, you cannot insult it. In Palamu, Jharkhand, Amit Shah said that the Congress party talks about reservation. There is no provision for reservation on the basis of religion in the Constitution. We can never give reservation to any particular religion.

Amit Shah told that in Maharashtra, All India Ulema Board has set a condition of giving 10 percent reservation to Muslims to support Mahavikas Aghadi and Congress Party Maharashtra President Nana Patole said that we will help you in this. Amit Shah said, I have come to ask the people of Jharkhand that if Muslims get 10 percent reservation, then whose reservation will be reduced? Reservation for backward classes, Dalits and tribals will be reduced, this Congress class wants to cut their reservation and give it to Muslims.

Union Home Minister said, our Constitution does not allow reservation on the basis of religion, but Congress and JMM want to give 10 percent reservation to Muslims for their vote bank. The Supreme Court has set a limit of 50 percent on reservation. So, where will Muslims get 10 percent reservation? For this, reservation from some other category will have to be reduced.
