According to police officials, under the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988, minors are strictly prohibited to drive any type of motor vehicle. Actually, this increases the possibility of accident, which has been decided to stop. If this happens, the vehicle owner ie in which strict action will be taken against the parents or parents.
Explain that under Section 199A of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988, if a minor is caught driving a vehicle, the registration of the vehicle is canceled for 12 months. Not only this, the vehicle owner will also be fined, that minor will not be given a driving license or learner license till the age of 25 years. For safety it is necessary that parents avoid such mistakes and make their child a responsible citizen.
