In Bihar, the opposition MPs started to create a ruckus as soon as the proceedings of both houses of Parliament began again against the special intensive revision and in addition to other issues. Due to which the proceedings of Rajya Sabha had to be postponed till 2 pm. At the same time, Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla urged the opposition MPs who were creating a ruckus to calm down and when they did not agree, they warned them that no member has the privilege to destroy government property, if you do so, I will have to make decisive decisions.

Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla told the opposition MPs, I urge you to visit your seat. This is the Question Hour and if you ask the question as much as you are shouting slogans, then it will give the welfare of the people of the country. The public has not sent you to Parliament to break the government property. I request you and warns you that no member has a privilege to destroy government property. If you tried to break the government property, then I have to take some decisive decisions and the people of the country will see you.
He said, action has been taken against members on such incidents in many assemblies. I warns you again, do not try to break government property, this is my urge to you. With this, he announced the postponement of Lok Sabha proceedings till 12 noon. After this, when the proceedings of the House started again, Union Commerce and Industry Minister Piyush Goyal introduced the public trust (amendment in provisions) Bill, 2025 in the Lok Sabha. However, during this period, the opposition again started a ruckus after which the proceedings of the House were adjourned till 2 pm.
