PM Modi’s target on the leaders about Tamil language is not at all. For some time, Tamil Nadu CM MK Stalin has put a series of statements against Hindi language. Stalin and all the parties and leaders of Tamil Nadu are protesting against teaching Hindi under Tribhasha Formula in schools. Even when the Stalin government presented the budget in the past, the money symbol was removed from the budget documents and in the Tamil symbol. Stalin and many state leaders are constantly saying that if Hindi is taught in Tamil Nadu, then Tamil language and culture will end. On the statements made against the leaders of Stalin and Tamil Nadu against the leaders of Hindi, PM Modi has targeted the sign by not taking a name.
Prior to his public meeting, PM Modi worshiped at the Ramanathswamy temple in Rameswaram. He also inaugurated the new Pamban bridge. Earlier, while returning to India from Sri Lanka, PM Modi had also taken a video of Ram Sethu by helicopter and shared it on social media. The politics of Tamil Nadu is expected to heat up once again on the issue of sign in Tamil on behalf of PM Modi. The BJP has already been retaliating at Stalin by saying that Hindi is also taught in private schools of DMK leaders.
