New Delhi. Shiv Sena UBT President Uddhav Thackeray has given a statement about which the unity of the Mahavikas Aghadi alliance of the opposition of Maharashtra is bound to be questioned. Uddhav says that if the seat sharing and selection of candidates are re -delayed like the 2024 assembly elections, then what will be the justification of Maha Vikas Aghadi (MVA), then there is no point in living together. He also regretted that in the Lok Sabha elections, Shiv Sena UBT had to give many such seats to its MVA colleagues which they had won many times before. Uddhav’s statement has increased the movement in Maharashtra politics for the last few days.
Uddhav Thackeray said these things in an interview given to the Shiv Sena UBT mouthpiece. He said that the excellent performance of MVA parties in the 2024 Lok Sabha elections later turned into an ego -focused ego focused on the victory of the parties in the assembly elections and had to bear the brunt as a defeat. Thackeray further said that during the assembly elections, the MVA did not decide the candidates in some constituencies, it was our fault, it would have to be improved.
Uddhav, while giving a clear message to all the parties involved in MVA, said, if there are similar mistakes in the future, then there is no point in living together. He also said that in the assembly elections, the talks of MVA parties on seat sharing continued till the last time and the differences of this difference sent a wrong message among the people. Uddhav Thackeray said this at a time when Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis offered him to join MVA two days ago. The next day there was a meeting of Uddhav and Fadnavis, which was in the news.
