Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Friday criticized the opposition parties for the “abuses” against Prime Minister Narendra Modi and his late mother during the Congress Voter Adhikar Yatra in Bihar. He accused the opposition of resorting to humiliating politics after losing public support. About derogatory remarks were made.
Yogi said, “Whether it is Congress or Samajwadi Party or Bahujan Samaj Party, these are the same people who indulged in hooliganism after coming to power. When they came to power, they created chaos by looting through their families.”
Yogi said, “Today when he realizes that there is no place for him, they are also using indecent language in politics. Samajwadi Party and Bharatiya Janata Party alliance is an anti -India coalition.”
Supporting criticisms, Tamil Nadu BJP chief spokesperson Narayanan Tirupati described the incident as “shameful and unfortunate”.
He said, “It is very unfortunate and embarrassing that such things happened in the rally in which Rahul Gandhi, MK Stalin and all talked. Although they claim that they were not present, but it is extremely condemnable that Rahul Gandhi and MK Stalin did not even condemn the responsible people. It means that they are provoking, they are trying to spew poison against the Prime Minister. If it is, it is equivalent to abusing our Mother India. “
Meanwhile, on this issue, UP Congress chief Ajay Rai said, “No Congress leader has given any wrong statement. We respect the mother of all. Those who have said anything, they cannot follow the ideology of the Congress … When the derogatory language was used against our spokesperson Surendra Rajput, the BJP did not take any action against its leader …”
Apart from this, Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar has also condemned this indecency, describing it as “extremely indecent”. In the ‘Voter Rights Yatra’ program of the opposition in Darbhanga, Bihar, there has been a political controversy over the alleged abuses of Prime Minister Modi and his late mother, in which BJP and NDA leaders have targeted Congress and Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) for this incident.
