According to the Meteorological Department, the temperature will remain stable in the rest of the states of North India. From Wednesday, temperatures in the states of North and Eastern India may increase further.
The Meteorological Department has estimated that there will be snowfall and heavy rains in Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh, Himachal Pradesh due to western disturbance. Strong wind will also run during these three places. At the same time, about Uttarakhand, the Meteorological Department says that there will be snowfall in high altitude areas here too. Whereas, rainfall is expected in other parts of Uttarakhand. Western UP, Eastern UP, Punjab, Rajasthan and Haryana are also expected to have hailstorm with rain in many places. The Meteorological Department has estimated that there will be rain in several states including Assam, Meghalaya in the Northeast due to cyclonic proliferation. In Arunachal Pradesh, Northeast, snow may fall at some places. This phase of weather in the Northeast will remain till Monday.
The Meteorological Department has also warned of heat stroke.
