Dausa. The press conference was organized by the Bharatiya Janata Party to commemorate the completion of 11 years of the Modi government at the Circuit House. In the press conference, Urban Development Autonomous Government Minister Jhabar Singh Kharra said that the achievements of the government dedicated to the overall development prove that a developed India can be formed only through all -round policies.
390 new universities have been established in the country. Seven new IIMs and IITs have been established. The number of AIIMS has increased triple. More than 51 crore public wealth accounts have been opened. The amount of more than Rs 33.43 lakh crore has been sent directly to the accounts of the beneficiaries through Jan Dhan Aadhaar and Mobile. India is currently the fourth largest economy in the world and is on the way to become the third largest economy soon. In the last ten years, 25 crore people have come out of the purview of poverty. The initiative that the Modi government had taken free ration to 80 crore Indians during the Kovid epidemic will continue for the next five years.
Today more than 11 crore farmers are benefiting from schemes like PM Kisan and PM Crop Insurance. The passage of the Women Shakti Vandan Act is an important step towards women empowerment. Under the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan, more than 11 crore toilets were constructed and about 14 crore tap-water connections were given under the Water Life Mission and Amrit Mission. About 04 crore houses have been constructed under the PM Awas Yojana. The Modi government has promised to build 03 crore more new houses in the third term. More than 10 crore LPG connections have been approved under the Ujjwala scheme. Through a scheme like Ayushman Bharat, the expenditure on health has been reduced by about 25 percent. Low middle class Indians had to face a double shock of poverty due to illness, but through this scheme, more than 55 crore persons are provided free health services up to Rs 05 lakh per year. The length of highways has increased by 60 percent. Nearly paved roads have been built in the entire rural areas. Electricity has reached all villages. The number of airports has doubled. The metro rail network is almost quadrupled.
