Shimla . Himachal Pradesh BJP President Suresh Kashyap on Sunday said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi will visit Shimla on May 31 to celebrate the completion of eight years of the government at the Centre. He said the party’s state unit would celebrate eight years of service, good governance and welfare of the poor from May 30 to June 15.
Under this programme, the Prime Minister will visit Shimla along with some of his cabinet colleagues.
“This program will boost the morale of our workers,” Kashyap said in a statement here.
Various campaigns will be run by the party’s frontal organizations before the May 30 program.
“We are planning to undertake the world’s largest vaccination campaign during the pandemic, providing free ration to nine crore families, completing the construction of the Atal Tunnel and meeting the demand for the construction of Renuka Dam, pending since 1993. , are among the major achievements of a small state like Himachal.”
Kashyap said that during various programs organized under the campaign, pamphlets will be distributed among the people to bring the achievements of the central government to the people.
