So, today we will talk to the skin specialist of Delhi and tell you which tips girls should follow in summer.
While talking to the team of Local 18, Dr. Neha Khurana told that she is a dermatologist. He has also worked in many big hospitals of Delhi. But she is now running her own clinic. Where she has been treating the skin of people above 12 years of age. When the doctor was asked about summer tips, he said that we all should keep our body hydrated in summer. Because if your body remains hydrated, you will not have any kind of skin problem. He gave some tips to keep the skin safe in summer.
1. We all should drink three to four liters of water daily to keep our body hydrated. Apart from this, if you ever consume coconut water, it will also keep your skin glowing.
2. During summer, many people start avoiding moisturizer, even though it is an important step in skin care. Experts advise that in summer you should use light or water based moisturizer, so that the skin does not appear oily and dull.
3. Apart from this, the doctor told that we all should apply sunscreen before going out in the sun. Before taking sunscreen, remember that it should be of medical grade and its SPF should be 30, whereas for people exposed to sunlight, we all should apply sunscreen at a gap of at least 3 hours from work during the day.
4. During summer, we all should wear more cotton clothes, because they absorb sweat from our body. Apart from this, one should wear full sleeve clothes in sunlight. Be sure to wear a cap on your head also.
