Embassies and diplomats face no threat from Taliban
The Taliban, which is gradually strengthening its hold in Afghanistan, is now threatening India. On one hand he praised India’s help to Afghanistan, while on the other hand the Islamic fundamentalist group warned India that it would not be good if the Indian army goes there. A Taliban spokesman suggested learning from the situation in “other countries”, alluding to the United States withdrew its troops after nearly 20 years of war.
India, on the other hand, has made it clear that a government based on force in Afghanistan will not be recognized. Apart from India, Germany, Qatar, Turkey and several other countries have called for an immediate end to the violence and attacks in Afghanistan.
According to the information, Taliban spokesman Mohammad Suhail Shahi told ANI in an interview that if India comes to Afghanistan with the army and remains there, it will not be “good” for them. Shaheen said that he has seen the consequences of the military and other countries’ presence in Afghanistan, so it is an open book for him. On the help extended by India, Shaheen said, “We appreciate the work done for the people of Afghanistan on dams, national and international projects and other development, reconstruction and economic prosperity of the people.
At the same time, Shaheen says that there is no threat to the embassies and diplomats from the Taliban. “We are not targeting any embassy or diplomat. We have said this many times in our statements. This is our commitment.
A few days ago, a Taliban spokesman also denied the allegation of removing Nishan Sahib from a gurdwara in Pakhtia. Shaheen says that the Sikh community had removed the flag. When Taliban security officials arrived, people said they would be harassed if anyone saw them, he said. Shaheen says that the flag was returned after persuading the Taliban. Shahi has termed the links with Pakistan-based terrorist organizations as baseless. He says that this land is not based on reality but based on specific policies about us based on political objectives. Shaheen reiterated that Afghanistan follows a policy of not allowing any country, including its neighbours, to use its soil.
