According to the information, this person named Nandan Kumar had taken an Indigo flight from Patna to Bangalore. His luggage got exchanged with the luggage of another passenger at the Bangalore airport. According to Nandan Kumar, he contacted IndiGo’s customer care service but the Indio customer care service did not get Nandan Kumar contacted by the person with whom his goods were exchanged.
According to Nandan Kumar, after contacting the customer care service several times, he finally got an assurance from the IndiGo customer care center that he would be contacted by the person with whom his goods were exchanged but later IndiGo did not do so. After this Nandan Kumar took the matter into his own hands. Nandan Kumar turned on the hacker mode of the computer and finally took out the number of the passenger with whom his luggage was exchanged from the website. Nandan Kumar himself shared this entire incident on Twitter.
IndiGo has also responded to Nandan Kumar on Twitter, in which IndiGo has apologized to Nandan Kumar for the inconvenience caused to him.
