New Delhi. Assembly elections are to be held in five states of the country next year. All the parties are in the field regarding this. Meanwhile, Hyderabad MP Asaduddin Owaisi has made a big disclosure during a program. Owaisi said that the Rashtriya Janata Dal did not pay heed to him in the assembly elections held in Bihar last year. Had the party obeyed him, today Tejashwi Yadav would have been the CM of the state.
Tejashwi Yadav could have become the CM of Bihar
Asaduddin Owaisi told that I had tried a lot to talk to Tejashwi’s party in this regard, but without success. Because of this, today Tejashwi Yadav is sitting in the opposition. Had he obeyed me, today Tejashwi Yadav would have been the CM of the state instead of sitting in the opposition.
We are not with BJP
Let us inform that Owaisi’s party had fielded its candidates in the Bihar assembly elections. On the other hand, Owaisi was also facing allegations of indirectly supporting BJP in Bihar elections. People say that Owaisi’s party did the work of cutting RJD’s votes by contesting elections in Bihar. Responding to this, Owaisi said that our party did not do the work of cutting votes nor did we support BJP.
Owaisi claimed that I had tried to contact Tejashwi Yadav. If Tejashwi had obeyed me, today instead of being the leader of the opposition, he would have been the CM of the state.

Significantly, in November 2020, assembly elections were held in Bihar. In the elections, RJD, Congress, CPI(M), CPI and CPI-ML contested the elections by staying in the grand alliance. At the same time, Asaduddin’s All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) was in the fray alone. If we talk about the results of the assembly elections, then Owaisi’s party AIMIM won five seats in the Bihar elections. At the same time, after winning 73 seats alone, RJD had to sit in the opposition due to lack of better support from other parties.
