Avoid consuming ginger daily
He further said that there is a higher risk of getting Babasir due to daily consumption of ginger. Apart from this, consumption of red chilli, black pepper, tomato, packed food, red meat etc. can also cause many types of diseases. The biggest risk in this is of diseases related to bile. Along with this, consuming soda, cold drinks, sugar and flour weakens the digestive system. Apart from this, all these things increase cholesterol and fat in the body due to which there is a risk of heart related diseases.

He further said that it is very important to eat good food daily for a healthy body. For this, you should include protein, fiber and vitamin rich food in your diet. Also, green vegetables should be consumed in large quantities. One should eat more boiled food instead of fried food.
