New Delhi. Abdullah Azam, MLA from Rampur in Uttar Pradesh and son of veteran SP leader Azam Khan, and wife Dr. Tanzeem Fatima surrendered in a special court in Rampur on Thursday. It is worth noting that the court had issued a non-bailable warrant against both of them on Wednesday. This case was about two birth certificates. Abdullah Azam and Dr. Tanzeem Fatima appeared before the court within 24 hours of the issuance of the non-bailable warrant. Along with this, he has told poor health as the reason for not appearing in the court. Non-bailable warrants were issued on both of them by the MP-MLA court.
A case was registered against Abdullah Azam and Dr. Tanzeem Fatima in police station Ganj of BJP leader Akash Saxena Rampur. However, today the court has granted bail to Azam Khan’s son and wife. Talking on this matter, the complainant Akash Saxena said that the matter of two birth certificates on Abdullah Azam and Tanzeem Fatima was to be heard in the court today. According to the rules Abdullah has to come. But for the last several dates, he was not appearing in the court. A non-bailable warrant was issued in this regard.
Let us inform that a case was registered against Abdullah Azam and his mother in the year 2019. The matter was regarding two birth certificates. In which Azam Khan, Abdullah Azam and Tanzeem Fatima were made accused. All three were granted bail by the court in this case. But in the last several dates, he was not present in the court. After which the court had issued a non-bailable warrant against them. After all this, today Azam Khan’s son and wife surrendered in the court.
