In the press conference before the match, team coach Stephen Fleming discussed the injury of Mathisa Pathirana. He said, “Pathirana’s injury is not very deep. But we are hopeful that if not tomorrow then you will see him playing in the upcoming matches. We know his importance in the match. But we know that he is 100 percent in his form right now.” Let us tell you that if Pathirana does not play the match against Mumbai, then Shardul Thakur may get a chance in his place.
