Jabalpur. There is no end to the war going on in the allegations against Dhirendra Krishna Shastri, Peethadhishwar of Bageshwar Dham. On one hand, Dhirendra Krishna Shastri himself is challenging those who are accusing him. At the same time, now one of his devotees has filed an application in the court to prosecute Shyam Manav of Maharashtra Andhashraddha Nirmoolan Samiti. According to the news of Hindi newspaper ‘Amar Ujala’, Dhirendra Krishna Shastri’s disciple Bhishmadev Sharma has filed an application against Shyam Manav in the Jabalpur court. Bhishmadev Sharma is a retired officer of the Agriculture Department. Bhishmadev’s lawyer is Rashmi Pathak. He has filed an application for criminal defamation by registering a case under section 499 and 500 in the court.
In the application filed in the court on behalf of Bhishmadev Sharma, it has been said that by hatching a criminal conspiracy, the unblemished image of Peethadhishwar Dhirendra Krishna Shastri of Bageshwar Dham was damaged. There was a deliberate attempt to destroy his reputation. Shyam Manav insulted Sanatan Dharma Pracharak by holding a press conference on 11th January during Dhirendra Krishna Shastri’s story in Nagpur. Please tell that Shyam Manav had accused Dhirendra Krishna of cheating the general public. He had said that Dhirendra Krishna earns money by cheating. Shyam Manav had also accused Dhirendra Krishna Shastri of spreading superstition.
Apart from this, Shyam Manav had also demanded the arrest of Dhirendra Krishna Shastri by registering an FIR under the Witchcraft Act 1954 and Maharashtra’s Magic Act 2013. In this case Nagpur Police has given a clean chit to Dhirendra Krishna. After the allegations of Shyam Manav, Dhirendra Krishna had also opened the front. He had said on January 20 in Raipur, Chhattisgarh that Shyam Manav should come to his court and prove his allegations. Since then this matter has heated up. Dhirendra Krishna has also termed the allegations against him as a campaign against Sanatan Dharma.
