New Delhi. Bhanu Pratap Singh, resident of Vanipuram, Lucknow, who secured 727th position in the result of Civil Services Examination 2023, has made his family, city, and his educational institution proud. Bhanu, the youngest of the three children of retired Indian Police Service officer Bharat Singh Yadav, was inclined towards public service through administrative service since childhood.
Studied Mechanical Engineer from HBTI Kanpur. After this, while working in the technical field, he studied intensively for civil services. Due to the experiences and precise guidance of IPS father Bharat Singh and computer engineer elder brother Prajwal Singh Yadav, Bhanu got success in the Civil Services Examination this year. Bhanu gives credit for this success to his family and teachers. Presently Bhanu is posted in Jammu as Assistant Director in Sports Authority of India (SAI) and is the officer in-charge for Jammu and Kashmir of “Khelo India Mission”.

Bharat Singh Yadav, a native of Shahjahanpur, Uttar Pradesh, is retired as DIG from Police Headquarters, UP. He is survived by his wife Rajkumari Yadav and 3 children. Mrs. Rajkumari is a skilled and dedicated housewife. The three children are daughter Dr. Divya and sons Prajwal and Bhanu. Divya is a dentist doctor by profession and is married to Nishant Narayan, a 2011 batch Indian Railway Traffic Service officer posted in Northern Railway, New Delhi. Elder son Prajwal Singh Yadav is a software engineer by profession.
