Bhilwara. District Collector Jasmeet Singh Sandhu has instructed the revenue officials to settle all pending matters in a serious and time -bound manner. He gave these instructions during the monthly review meeting held in the District Collectorate Auditorium on Wednesday. The Collector asked the officials to pay more attention to cases like court case, revenue complaint, nomination and conversion and regularly monitor them. He asked all the officers to meet the goals of registration and take immediate action on the cases coming from the Chief Minister’s Office, Chief Secretary and other commissions.
Inspection and e-filing: All subdivision officers (SDMs) do surprise inspection of offices in their respective areas and expedite the disposal of e-files, so that average settlement time can be reduced.
Contact Portal: Quote disposal of complaints lodged on the contact portal and increase the percentage of satisfaction.
Land acquisition: Keep an eye on the progress of land acquisition and other construction works for various projects.
Environment: Forest Department official also discussed issues related to environment and forest sector in the meeting.
In the meeting, various issues like revenue collection, PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Scheme, Public Land Protection Cell and land acquisition for national highways were also discussed in detail and necessary guidelines were given. During this, ADM administration Omprakash Mehra, all subdivision officers, tehsildars and other revenue officers were present.
