MP Budget 2024 : The Mohan government of Madhya Pradesh has presented its first budget. State Finance Minister Jagdish Devda presented a budget of more than 3 lakh 65 thousand 67 crores for 2024-2025. This is 16 percent more than last time. The government has made a provision of crores of rupees for the development of the state, farmers, and cow mother. Along with this, bumper jobs have been announced in the police department for the youth. It has also been said that this year will be celebrated as the year of cow protection.
There will be recruitment for 7500 posts in police
There will be recruitment on 7500 posts in police. A provision of 4000 crores has been made for PM Awas Yojana. There is a provision of 4900 crores in Mukhyamantri Kisan Kalyan Yojana. There is a provision of 22,600 crores for education and 21 thousand 144 crores for health. There is a provision of 586 crores for sports. There is a provision of 4725 crores for forest environment. There is a provision of 150 crores for milk production bonus.
3 times increase in budget for cattle
The budget for cattle has been increased three times. The government has made a provision of Rs 250 crore for this. The salary of the cooks of mid-day meals has been increased to Rs 3000. A provision of Rs 500 crore has been made in the Health India Mission. In the next five years, works of 299 km Atal Pragati Path, 900 km Narmada Pragati Path, 676 km Vindhya Expressway, 450 km Malwa-Nimar Vikas Path, 330 km Bundelkhand Vikas Path and 746 km Madhya Bharat Vikas Path are proposed through the expressway network. Different reactions of the people of Sanskardhani Jabalpur have come to the fore on the state budget. Traders, industrialists, doctors, chartered accountants have expressed their interest in imposing new taxes but disappointment is also visible among the people on not getting special status for Mahakaushal.
