His wife Sudarshana Chundawat has filed a case in the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Court of Udaipur in Rajasthan. After this the court issued a non-bailable warrant. Vikramaditya Singh has been ordered to appear before the court today.

The first hearing of this case took place on 17 November 2022. The Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Udaipur has issued non-bailable warrants to Vikramaditya Singh, mother-in-law Pratibha Singh, sister-in-law Aparajita, Nandoi Angad Singh and a girl from Chandigarh. All the defendants have been ordered to appear in the Udaipur court on 14th December i.e. today.
Significantly, Vikramaditya belongs to a big family, that is why Vikramaditya Singh was married in March 2019 to Princess Sudarshan Chundawat of the Mewat dynasty. Shortly after this, there was some rift between the two. The two have been living separately for a long time, now Sudarshan has requested the court to restrain his in-laws from physical, mental and economic violence and to arrange a house for them to live separately.
