Shimla. Recently, a bad news has come to the fore for the Congress which formed the government in Himachal Pradesh. Vikramaditya Singh, a big name in the politics of Himachal Pradesh and the son of Congress President Pratibha Singh, who is in the race for the post of minister, has been in trouble. A case of domestic violence has been registered against Vikramaditya, a Congress MLA from Shimla Rural. His wife Sudarshana Chundawat has filed a case in the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Court of Udaipur in Rajasthan. After this the court issued a non-bailable warrant. Vikramaditya Singh has been ordered to appear before the court today.
Let us tell you that according to the media reports that have come out, Sudarshana, wife of Vikramaditya Singh, has filed a criminal case on October 17 under Section 12 of the Domestic Violence Act. The first hearing of this case took place on 17 November 2022. The Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Udaipur has issued non-bailable warrants to Vikramaditya Singh, mother-in-law Pratibha Singh, sister-in-law Aparajita, Nandoi Angad Singh and a girl from Chandigarh. All the defendants have been ordered to appear in the Udaipur court on 14th December i.e. today.
Vikramaditya Singh denied the allegations outright
Pratibha Singh’s son Vikramaditya Singh has refused to comment on the allegations leveled by his wife. He said that the whole matter is family. Currently, Vikramaditya Singh is on Delhi tour with his mother Pratibha Singh. Vikramaditya Singh is the son of 6-time Chief Minister of Himachal Pradesh Virbhadra Singh and became MLA from Shimla Rural for the second time.
