Mumbai: In the case of firing at the house of Bollywood actor Salman Khan, the police doubt whether the Lawrence Bishnoi gang is getting help from anti-national elements outside India? In fact, the Mumbai Police, which is investigating the incident of firing outside the house of actor Salman Khan, is also trying to find out whether the Lawrence Bishnoi gang is getting any kind of money or weapons from anti-national elements operating outside India. No help was received. Mumbai Police is preparing the complete horoscope of Lawrence Bishnoi before interrogating him.
In fact, on the morning of April 14, two people had opened fire outside Galaxy Apartment in Bandra area of Mumbai. Salman Khan lives in this apartment. After the incident, the police arrested the two shooters, Vicky Gupta (24) and Sagar Pal (21) from Gujarat and the arms suppliers Sonu Kumar Chander Bishnoi (37) and Anuj Thapan (32) from Punjab. The Crime Branch of Mumbai Police produced Gupta, Pal and Thapan in the court on Monday from where they were sent to police custody till May 8.
Gangster Lawrence Bishnoi and his younger brother Anmol Bishnoi, lodged in Gujarat’s Sabarmati jail, are accused in this case. It is believed that Anmol is currently in America or Canada. Anmol had taken responsibility for the firing episode through a Facebook post. However, police say that his IP address was found to be from Portugal.
The police, in its custody plea, said that even though Lawrence Bishnoi is in jail, his criminal network is active at the international level and they are investigating whether the Bishnoi gang is getting arms and money from anti-national elements outside India. I have received some kind of help. An officer said that the police are also investigating from where the weapons were provided to the alleged shooters in this case. According to the officer, investigators believe that the Bishnoi gang wants to create terror in the country’s financial capital Mumbai.
