Bilaspur. Bilaspur Crime News: A case of fraud of 10 lakhs has come to the fore on the pretext of giving an agency of electric vehicles to the businessman of Ratanpur. The accused also called his office in Noida twice to return the money. Even after this the money was not given. On the complaint of the victim, the police is investigating the matter by registering a crime. B.V., living in Mahamayapara of Ratanpur. Lenin Kumar (37) runs a motorcycle agency. He wanted to take an agency for electric vehicles. He, along with his friend Sanjay Kaushik, took out the mobile number of SKA, a company selling electric scooters, from the Internet.
Through this, he talked to the directors of his company Anshuman Pandey and Kusum Mishra. Both told that they deliver electronic scooters on order. He placed an order of Rs 10 lakh 84 thousand 287 on the company. It used to deliver 20 vehicles to them. According to the deal, the businessman deposited three lakh 50 thousand rupees in the company’s account. The vehicles were to be received on 20 September. When the vehicle was not found, he spoke to Anshuman on mobile. On this, he assured to send the vehicle before Navratri.
When the vehicle was not found till Navratri, he called Anshuman on his mobile. On this he and Suresh of the company started making excuses. Later, Anshuman asked for seven lakh 34 thousand 287 rupees saying about medical emergency. Trusting him, the businessman gave the money. Even after not getting the money, the businessman along with his friend reached Delhi to meet Anshuman.
There was no office at the company’s address. On taking information around, he came to know that Anshuman along with his associates has opened a new office in Noida in the name of Kaya Electric Vehicle. He reached the office of Kaya Electric Vehicle while searching in Noida. There Anshuman told the businessman to return the entire amount on 23 November. On this the businessmen approached him. Even after keeping him in the office for the whole day, he returned when he did not get the money. On the complaint of the victim, the police is investigating it by registering a case of fraud.

The victim businessman told that during the meeting in Noida, Anshuman and Kusum Mishra told them about having their factory in Ranchi. Also told that due to the increase in the price of petrol, the sale of electric vehicles is in full swing. Due to this their factory is not able to produce the vehicle as per the order. He had assured huge profits once the supply is fine.
