New Delhi. Every year lakhs of students across the country appear for board exams. Due to some reasons, many students are not able to pass the 10th and 12th board exams. Keeping in mind the future of students who are not able to pass the board exams, the Education Ministry can take an important decision. According to media reports, students who will not be able to pass the board exam will get admission in the school again and such students will be considered as regular students.
The Education Ministry observed that every year around 46 lakh students across the country fail in the board exams. According to the Ministry of Education, 55 percent of the students who failed in the board exams of 2022 did not take admission again. Only after this the Education Ministry started thinking about taking steps to ensure that students continue their education. According to the news, the Education Ministry is considering taking this step. Once these rules are made, they will be applicable to all the boards across the country. There is a preparation to bring this system because many students leave their studies if they are unable to pass the board exams. After the new rule comes from the Ministry of Education, students who are not able to pass the board examination will get the same facilities as other students. The special thing will also be that when the students pass the board exam next time, it will not be written on their marksheet or certificate that they have not passed the board exam in the first attempt.
The Ministry of Education believes that by implementing this rule, the number of students dropping out of studies is expected to reduce. According to the news, the Education Ministry is also working on a plan to keep an eye on students up to 12th whether they are leaving their studies midway. Apart from this, the option of open school is also open for the students who do not come to school.
