In Beawar district of Ajmer division of Rajasthan, the local administration has taken strict action in the case of hanging a driver from JCB. There is a lot of anger among the villagers of the area after the video of this inhuman incident surfaced. He has warned that if justice is not found soon, they will start a big movement on this issue. After the video went viral, the police arrested the main accused Tejpal Singh Udawat and his partner Parmeshwar. After this, a bulldozer has also been run on a property of Tejpal, which is being described as illegal.

Tejpal Singh was constructing a cement factory in Raipur police station area of ​​Beawar district. Near this factory, he captured a government land called Ger Mumkin Pahar. He encroached on the ground and built six concrete rooms, an office and an RCC water tank. He got two tubewells installed there. Apart from this, he also encroached on about one bigha land. Today, on Monday 26 May, the local administration demolished all these structures with the help of police.

What is the whole matter?
Yakub, a young man from Sardhana village, used to work as a driver on the dumper of Tejpal Singh Udawat. Tejpal suspected that Yakub was stealing diesel and cement. For this reason, on April 7, Tejpal and his associates forcibly seated Yakub in a car and took them to a cement factory in Gudiya village. After this, he hung upside down from JCB and left him after beating and threatened badly.

The video of the incident went viral recently, after which Raipur police station and CO Jayataran took immediate action and arrested the main accused Tejpal Singh Udawat and his partner Parmeshwar. On Sunday, the police paraded both the accused in Raipur and Piplia Kalan.

There are already 12 criminal cases against Tejpal. It is also notorious as gravel mafia. Three other accused in this case are still absconding and their search is on.
