Jaipur . A Rajasthan MLA’s son along with four others have been booked for allegedly gang-raping a minor girl in Dausa. The 15-year-old victim is a class 10th student. According to the complaint lodged by the victim’s uncle, the girl allegedly befriended Vivek Sharma, a resident of Alwar, who gave her narcotics on February 24, 2021, and gave her a narcotic substance along with Deepak Meena, son of Rajgarh MLA Johri Lal Meena and others on Mandawar Road. Took her to a hotel and raped her.
After filming the incident, the accused along with his friends kept calling the girl to the same hotel and gang-raped her several times.
He also threatened to make the video viral. The victim fearfully gave Rs 15 lakh to Vivek in May 2021. He said that this amount was kept for his marriage.
When the family reached Vivek’s house, both money and jewelry were missing. After this, a case of theft was registered at Raini (Alwar) police station. A thorough investigation revealed the picture of Vivek Sharma. When Vivek was taken into custody and questioned, he confessed that the minor girl had given him money.
