An FIR has been registered against an Indore based company Krishidhan Seeds Pvt Ltd and its directors Jaynarayan Pusaram Karva, Ushil Karva, Mukund Karva and others for allegedly committing bank loan fraud of Rs 33.09 crore. This information was given by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI).
Bank of India has filed a complaint with the CBI, on the basis of which the CBI registered the FIR.
The bank in its complaint said that the accused conspired among themselves and defrauded the bank to the tune of Rs 33.09 crore during 2013-14 by misappropriating bank funds provided through CC facilities and term loans.
The CBI on Friday conducted searches at nine places in Maharashtra’s Indore, Pune and Jalna belonging to the accused. The incriminating documents were recovered by the investigating agency during the search operation.
