Prime Minister Narendra Modi started the schemes keeping in mind the goal that more and more people can be the owners of pucca houses and their own land through Swamitva Yojana and PM Awas Yojana. The ownership scheme was launched in April 2020. Under this scheme, many people living in rural areas are getting benefits who did not have ownership rights of their land. whose land was not included in any government record. Those people are being registered properly. Through this scheme, they are also getting ownership rights and there was a fear of getting possession of their land earlier, that fear has also gone away.
Apart from this, if we talk about Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Urban. So through this scheme, financial help is being given to the needy people to build houses. Due to this the poor are able to build their own house. Through this scheme, a subsidy of Rs 2.67 lakh is given by the government to the beneficiary family. People living in rural and urban areas are taking advantage of this scheme to fulfill their dream of home. For this, there is a proper application process through which the beneficiaries are able to easily realize the dream of the house. The biggest thing is that if the properties will increase in the name of women, then half of the country’s population will be empowered, which will prove to be a big achievement for the country.
