Jitendra had made this demand
Jitendra Mudaliar had demanded to register an FIR in Darbha police station as well as add the possibility of criminal and political conspiracy in the points set for the investigation. Along with this, by filing a petition in the High Court, it was requested to investigate the entire matter through an independent agency of the state government. In his petition, Jitendra has also expressed the possibility of political and criminal conspiracy behind the murder. Apart from this, other important points were accused of not being included in the investigation.
NIA said capable of investigation
The NIA has said in the petition filed in the High Court that it is capable of investigating the murder. When the competent agency is investigating, why is the case being given to the district police force for investigation.
