There is a need to be extra careful about this. Effectively implement the ongoing communicable disease control campaign on the ground with inter-departmental coordination. Create dengue and isolation wards in medical colleges, district hospitals in all districts for effective prevention of communicable diseases. Special attention should be paid to regular cleanliness in hospitals. CM Yogi held a review meeting with high officials at the government residence on Sunday morning to review the effective control of COVID-19 and communicable diseases. During this, he said that there is a need to increase the number of tests in the state. There is no panic situation regarding COVID, but the markets will be crowded during the coming festivals and festivals. In view of this, special caution is required.
For this, the Health and Home Department should take special vigilance. Along with this, the Home Department should make the public address system even better. Expressing concern about the untimely rains in the state, he said that the situation of water logging should not arise anywhere in the state. Relief material should be distributed to the affected people in the flood affected areas through public representatives. Also, the relief amount admissible by the government should be given on the loss of public money. He said that departmental ministers and officers should conduct physical inspection of the flood affected areas.
Expressing satisfaction over the progress of the COVID vaccination campaign, Chief Minister Yogi said that so far 39 crore doses of anti-covid vaccine have been administered in the state, which is the highest in the entire country. The precaution dose has been fixed at 4.39 crores. The number of active patients in the state is 385. If the infection rate is seen, then it is .15 percent. Two and a half lakh tests have been done in the state in seven days, which is 25 percent of the entire country. At the same time, 50 thousand tests have been done on October 8.
Chief Minister Yogi said that programs related to Navratri and Dussehra are still being held in different parts of the state as per the beliefs. During this, more than 400 idols installed in different parts of the state have not been immersed yet. Along with this, programs of Ravan Dahan are also to be held at 35 places. Many events related to Valmiki Jayanti and Barawafat will be held in the state. In view of these festivals and festivals, the Home Department should be especially vigilant so that no untoward incident should happen anywhere in the state.
