Visakhapatnam: Andhra Pradesh CM YS Jagan Mohan Reddy addressed a meeting during ‘Memantha Siddham Yatra’ in Visakhapatnam last Tuesday. Here along with him, State Education Minister and senior party leader Botcha Satyanarayan was also present on the stage. Meanwhile, Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy gave an emotional speech, leaving state Education Minister and senior leader Bocha Satyanarayana in tears. Also this moment was captured on camera.
Chief Minister Reddy compared him with his father
Speaking about Satyanarayana, Chief Minister Reddy compared him to his father and praised him highly. After this the Chief Minister said, “Botcha Satyanarayan is like a father to me, I still call him Anna.” These words brought tears to Satyanarayan’s eyes, he became emotional and it seemed as if he was at a loss for words. During this, Satyanarayan was seen holding back his tears.
For information, let us tell you that Satyanarayan was the leader of Congress till the year 2015. YSR joined Congress on June 7 the same year. He served as the former Cabinet Minister of Municipal Administration and Urban Development in Andhra Pradesh from June 8, 2019 to April 7, 2022.
‘It will become the destiny of Andhra Pradesh’
Meanwhile, during the meeting, Chief Minister Reddy said that Visakhapatnam, known as the ‘City of Destiny’, will soon become the ‘Destiny of Andhra Pradesh’ once work starts from the city. Let us tell you that it has been proposed to make Visakhapatnam the executive capital of Andhra Pradesh.
