New Delhi. The controversy over Hanuman Chalisa in Maharashtra is not taking its name to stop. After the arrest of Independent MLA Navneet Rana over the Hanuman Chalisa controversy, a big statement of Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray has come to the fore. He warned in a stern tone that if you want to read Hanuman Chalisa, then go home and read it. There’s a way to it. But don’t come in grandpa. If we do dadagiri, then Balasaheb Thackeray has taught us how to break dadagiri. Let us inform that the above statement of Uddhav has come to the fore at a time when Navneet Rana has been arrested over the Hanuman Chalisa controversy.
Let us inform that Navneet had said in a warning tone in the past that she would read Hanuman Chalisa outside Matoshree, the residence of Uddhav Thackeray. Against which Shiv Sainiks had protested against them and lodged a complaint against Rana couple in the police. After which the Rana couple was arrested by the police on Saturday for hurting religious sentiments. The Maharashtra Home Minister has clearly said that Rana has been arrested keeping in mind the possible tense situation arising out of the announcement of the couple. On the other hand, BJP leader and full Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis has targeted the Uddhav government in the above matter. He said in his statement that some arrogant people have sat in power, who are bent on crushing democracy. Those who have nothing to do with public concerns. On the other hand, the Rana couple is also constantly challenging the Uddhav government.
Meanwhile, Navneet Rana has accused the Maharashtra Police that neither was I given water to drink nor was I allowed to go to the bathroom during my detention. Even my caste was made indecent remarks because I belong to a scheduled caste. Let us inform that Rana has written a letter to Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla in this regard. At present, the hearing in the court regarding the Rana case is going on. Now in such a situation, it has to be seen whether this whole matter takes any stand in the future.
