Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has launched Mission Niramaya campaign with the objective of providing quality placement, career counselling, aspirational career to nursing and paramedical students of the state on Saturday, October 8 at the convention center of SGPGI. will do. Under the campaign, the focus will be on infrastructure of nursing and paramedical institutions, adequate teachers, Aadhaar verification of in-service teachers etc. At the same time, in the examinations, the room inspectors should be from other institutions, the examinations should be monitored by CCTV but the brainstorming will be done.
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath says that many institutions of the state are doing good work. These include private sector institutions as well. These best practices should be implemented in other institutions as well. For this the mentor-mentee model should be adopted. Its action plan will be prepared. Along with better training, emphasis will be given on better employment in the campaign. For this, an action plan will be decided in the direction of deciding the policy by talking to a reputed hospital of the private sector because practical knowledge is very necessary for the youth taking training in nursing.
