Engineer refused to sign
– CMO complained to senior officers

On Tuesday, when CMO Jat asked Gupta for an answer for not issuing notice to Rukmini Bai Rathi, Gupta got upset on the CMO itself. He categorically refused to sign the notice from the CMO. On this both of them clashed with each other. On this, the CMO issued a letter and issued orders to all the engineers not to get Gupta’s signature. Along with this, while prohibiting the use of NAPA’s vehicle against the rules, Gupta wrote a letter to the senior officers to take action after complaining. Please tell that the tenure of Gupta is about 5-6 months left.
In the past, the video of openly smoking in the NAPA office was in the news after it went viral. Administrator Ashutosh Goswami had issued a show-cause notice to him by imposing a fine of Rs.200. The complainant Chaurasia has complained to the CMO and senior officers in the matter of using the vehicle against the rules and demanding recovery from Gupta in the matter of using government property.

According to the rules, it was authorized by issuing a letter under section 92(2) of section 1961 of the NAPA Act. Taking action for not obeying the orders by them, have complained to the senior officers.
