Separate hearing has been started by Collector Priyank Mishra during the public hearing on every Tuesday after selecting some cases out of the pending cases of CM Helpline. In this, while listening to the concerned, Collector Mishra gave instructions for action. Along with this, instructions have also been given to issue notices to the erring officers and employees. During the local hearing program, Collector Mr. Mishra heard the revenue related case of the complainant Kapil of Katni tehsil city. Instructions were given to issue notice to the Tehsildar and Reader on negligence in the case and took the matter in appeal. At the same time, while hearing in the revenue related case of the complainant Dinesh Bilaiya of Tehsil Katni city itself, Collector Shri Mishra gave instructions to the Tehsildar, Clerk and Operator to issue notices and take action in the matter.
Drinking water problem told in public hearing, encroachment on pond land
In the public hearing held on Tuesday in the Collectorate, District Panchayat CEO Jagdish Chandra Gome heard the applications of the applicants and provided instructions to the concerned departments for redressal. While giving application to CEO Mr. Gome, resident of Badkhera, Vijay Tiwari and others told the problem of drinking water in the village.
Along with this, information about the encroachment on the land of the pond was also given. On which the CEO District Panchayat discussed the phone with the District CEO Katni and after visiting the Gram Panchayat himself, asked the applicants to inquire about the problem. Ghisal Prasad, who retired from Tewari Higher Secondary School, made an application in the public hearing regarding the payment of autonomouss. On this, CEO Mr. Gome immediately discussed with the DEO and gave instructions to take action on the Sankul Principal. Apart from this, in other cases also, the CEO, District Panchayat, after hearing the matter, instructed the concerned departments to take action on the applications.
