According to the report, the matter listed before a bench of Justices UU Lalit, Ravindra S Bhat and PS Narasimha has been adjourned on the request of senior amicus curiae advocate Jaideep Gupta. The top court had convicted Mallya of contempt of court for transferring $40 million to his children in violation of the court’s order.
