No relief from corona even in Maharashtra
Maharashtra has reported 144 new cases of corona and two deaths on Sunday. Due to which the number of infected has increased to 78,76,841 and the death toll has gone up to 1,47,834. He said that both the deaths were reported from Pune city. At the same time, 95 patients were discharged after treatment from Corona. The total number of recoveries in Maharashtra rose to 77,28,091 till Sunday, taking the state to 916 active cases.
According to officials, the recovery rate from corona in Maharashtra is 98.11 percent and the case positivity rate is 9.84 percent. With 27,094 tests conducted in the last 24 hours, the number of samples tested so far in Maharashtra has increased to 8,00,46,447. At the same time, Mumbai city recorded the highest number of 73 cases in the state and 15 cases in Pune city. The official said that 12 cases were registered in Dhule district.
PM Modi to hold review meeting
In view of the increasing cases of corona in the country, PM Narendra Modi will hold a meeting with all the Chief Ministers of the country on April 27. In this meeting, any major decisions regarding Corona rules can be taken. This meeting will be held through video conferencing.
