In how many phases did the election take place?
Voting in Uttar Pradesh was held in seven phases from February 10 to March 7.
In the first phase (February 10), votes were cast in 58 seats in 11 districts of NCR and western Uttar Pradesh.
Where- Shamli, Muzaffarnagar, Baghpat, Meerut, Ghaziabad, Gautam Budh Nagar, Hapur, Aligarh, Bulandshahr, Agra and Mathura
In the second phase (February 14), there was a fight for 55 seats in nine districts.
Where- Amroha, Bareilly, Moradabad, Shahjahanpur, Saharanpur, Bijnor, Sambhal, Rampur and Badaun
In the third phase (February 20), voting was held in 59 seats in 16 districts.
