New Delhi. The Special Cell of Delhi Police has registered an FIR in the matter of distorting the video of Home Minister Amit Shah and circulating it on social media. The Union Home Ministry had complained to Delhi Police about this. In the complaint given to Delhi Police, the Home Ministry had said that some users of Facebook and Twitter shared Amit Shah’s video by distorting it and cutting off parts of it. Delhi Police Special Cell has registered a case under the IT Act and started investigation under the sections of creating enmity between communities and challenging law and order.
In fact, recently Amit Shah had said in a public meeting that if the government is formed at the Center for the third time, the reservation given in the states on religious basis will be abolished. The video of this statement was edited and viral on social media in such a way that reservation will be abolished if BJP government is formed. This distorted video of Amit Shah had also gone viral on social media. After this, the first complaint was made by BJP to Delhi Police. Then the Home Ministry complained about the video and then Delhi Police registered a case. It is believed that Delhi Police is going to take strict action in this matter.
At the same time, according to the information, BJP is also not going to remain silent on the distorted and edited video of Amit Shah which has been made viral. BJP will file cases in this matter in many states across the country. The special thing is that some handles associated with Congress also spread Amit Shah’s video through social media. On this issue, even Rahul Gandhi accused BJP of trying to end reservation. Amit Shah himself had said on Sunday that reservation is not going to be abolished. Even RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat had to say that the Sangh has always supported reservation.
